RETURNS AND REFUNDS — VAGANZZZA

Print Tote (Standard / Premium):
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not happy with your Print Tote, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Email official@vaganzzza.com to start a return — return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Hand-Painted Originals (Ready to Ship / Made to Order):
These are painted by hand, so small natural variations in brushwork are part of the design, not a fault. We don't accept returns for change of mind on these items.

If your hand-painted piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong or missing items:
If we made a mistake with your order, let us know within 14 days and we'll fix it at no cost to you — replacement or refund.

How refunds work:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (where applicable).
