We offer free shipping on UK orders over £35.

Print Tote — Standard and Premium:
Made to order and dispatched by our print partner. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipped via Royal Mail or courier — typically arriving within 3–7 business days from order.

Hand-Painted — Made to Order:
Each piece is painted by hand specifically for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for painting and finishing before dispatch. You'll receive tracking once it ships.

Hand-Painted — Ready to Ship:
These are already painted and in stock. Dispatched within 2–3 business days.

International orders:
Currently shipping within the UK. International shipping coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Tracking:
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delays:
Hand-painted pieces are made fresh per order — busy periods may add a few extra days to painting time. We'll always email you if there's a delay.
